A 100% Arabica masterpiece sourced from the Yirgacheffe region, world-renowned for its "high-tone" floral characteristics. These beans are grown at extreme altitudes, resulting in a dense bean that holds complex, tea-like clarity.

True to the Andante tempo, we apply a precise light roast to these beans. This slow, careful application of heat ensures the volatile floral oils and crisp orange acidity are preserved, preventing the delicate "citrus tea" notes from being overwhelmed by the roast.

Elevate your Yirgacheffe experience by brewing it as a Pour-Over (Drip) to highlight its transparency. Serve it black to appreciate the "Orange Blossom" notes, or add a small crystal of raw sugar to amplify the natural brown sugar finish.
