True to the Andante tempo, we apply a precise light roast to these beans. This slow, careful application of heat ensures the volatile floral oils and crisp orange acidity are preserved, preventing the delicate "citrus tea" notes from being overwhelmed by the roast.

Elevate your Yirgacheffe experience by brewing it as a Pour-Over (Drip) to highlight its transparency.
