Originally crafted as an exclusive export for Singapore’s discerning specialty coffee scene, this blend represents the pinnacle of our Thai heritage. We meticulously selected premium beans from Thailand’s most respected estates to create a profile that meets the city-state's demand for bold character, velvet texture, and absolute consistency.

What sets Siam Eclipse apart is its unmistakable signature note of Toasted Coconut. This rare aromatic is a hallmark of our high-altitude, Sun-Dried Natural Thai Robusta. Through our signature Slow Roast technique—inspired by the patience of master roasters—we allow the natural sugars to caramelize deeply. The result is a cup with zero acidity, dominated by bittersweet dark chocolate and a creamy, roasted coconut finish that lingers long after the first sip.
