Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Thailand) Standard delivery: 2–5 business days Express delivery: 1–2 business days (where available) Free standard shipping on orders over ฿1,500.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
